Exclusively in English

for University Students and Professionals.

Come & join us for a day to hear an account of Imam Ghazali (RA)’s journey to Allah, as he explains it himself in his book Al-Munqidh min al-Dhalala. He journeyed for 10 years, driven by his inner most nature, to search for true knowledge. For it is True Knowledge that increases it’s possessor’s reverence, fear and hope and stands between him and the commission of sins.

Abu Hamid Ibn Muhammad Ibn Muhammad al-Tusi al-Shafi’i al-Ghazali  (1058-1111) was a renowned Islamic scholar, who became known as Hujjat ul Islam (proof of Islam) for his in-depth knowledge in the disciplines of Islamic law, Theology and Spirituality. Upon completing his formal training as a jurist and theologian, he was appointed as a Professor at the Nizamiyah University of Baghdad- one of the most reputed institutions in Islamic history. After a few years, however, he gave up his academic pursuits and began his journey to seek out the reality of the knowledge he had partaken for years. Thus he became the famous Al-Ghazali, the author of a number of everlasting books.
